- Services
freyawomen.com offers breathwork sessions, somatic coaching, workshops, retreats, and other events related to personal and spiritual development. Our services are intended to help clients in their journey of inner transformation, using breathing techniques, somatic coaching, and holistic approaches.
- Booking and Payment
All service bookings must be made through our website or another approved means of communication. Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept major payment methods, and all transactions are secure.
- Cancellation Policy
For Individual Sessions: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund or reschedule without fees. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be given, but you can reschedule the session once.
For Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will not be refunded.
Cancellation by the Organizer: In the event that a workshop, retreat or session is cancelled by us, a full refund will be given or you will be given the option to reschedule the session or attend another event.
For Multi-Week Programs:
Cancellation Before Program Starts: If you wish to cancel your registration for a multi-week program, you must do so at least 14 days before the program starts to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the program starts will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program starts will not be refunded.
Cancellation After Program Starts: Once the program has started, no refunds will be made, except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the organizer. In some cases, it may be possible to reschedule your participation to a future session of the program, subject to availability.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy above. No refunds will be made after the service has been provided. Programs, workshops and other services are non-refundable once started, unless cancelled by the organizer.
- No Guarantee of Results
Our services are intended to support your well-being and personal growth, but results may vary depending on each individual. We do not guarantee any specific results, as these depend on many personal factors, including your commitment and involvement in the process. You acknowledge that the success of your journey depends largely on your own personal work and your willingness to self-explore.
- Health and Safety
Breathwork and somatic coaching practices are powerful and can cause physical and emotional reactions. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health problems, medical conditions or contraindications before participating in a session. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the contraindications associated with these practices and agree to follow them. We decline any responsibility in the event of injury or side effects resulting from participation in our services.
- Confidentiality
All personal information shared during our sessions or through the website is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and not sharing your information without your consent.
- Intellectual Property
