I personally used them when moving through severe anxiety and insomnia, hormonal and thyroid imbalances, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, separation, sobriety, profound identity shifts and more.

    If you feel like you need emotional support and practical tools to help you navigate the ups & downs of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, these are programs you will want to check out. It all depends if you feel you need more 1-1 support to target individual needs or if you feel like a group setting could be more beneficial for you.
