If you ended up here today, there’s a reason. I’m a strong believer that life divinely guides us towards the people, places, and circumstances we need in order to expand and grow. Whether it’s to simply absorb the energy of my words, to listen to the free breathwork masterclass or to join a program, I want you to feel welcome here: to feel seen, supported and like you truly belong, because you do.
I also want to take the time to introduce the story behind Freya.
Freya came through when I was pregnant with my first child. I thought this meant I was going to have a little girl, but life blessed me with two little boys. Little did I know, this was the name of my heart-led business that I knew was being born through me at that time.
I’ve always seen birth as a portal to our own rebirth as women. Whether it’s birthing a baby, a project or a new way of being, rebirths are real. They’re messy, yet deeply transformative but when we don’t have the necessary tools to move through them, it can feel very overwhelming.
Freya, being the goddess of love, fertility, magic and death shows us how to gracefully move through this transformative period of our life with confidence and trust. She shows us that when we have the courage to sit with our shadows, the light on the other side warms us like never before.
She is deeper than the mind, she lives in your heart, in your soul. She is the one who knows without fear, doubt or hesitation. In order to live up to the vision of our heart, Freya shows us that reconnecting to our body, to our breath is the key.
SUPPORTING YOU TO FEEL ALIVE, STRONG AND CONFIDENT
My life used to be tinted through the lenses of fear, victimization, and anger. Being diagnosed with severe anxiety at the age of 13, I felt like I was living in survival mode and knew there had to be another way. This is when I decided to follow the path of my heart. Life guided me to breathwork and I am eternally grateful because it has changed my life and continues to do so every single day. I was able to heal from anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia and gracefully transform into the woman I am today.
When I found out I was pregnant, the fire burning inside me got bigger and bigger. It was one I could no longer ignore. I was fortunate enough to have learned all about breathwork before my first pregnancy, which enabled me to use it throughout my journey. It helped me tremendously in navigating the emotional intensity that came with following my intuition of birthing my two baby boys at home. It was also the only tool I needed to help me flow through the intensity and discomfort of birth with confidence and trust.
The birth of my two sons changed my life for the best and gave me the wisdom I needed to continue my motherhood journey in this empowered energy. I was able to move through the immense ups and downs of postpartum, a very difficult period of my life that I will never forget but that has shaped me into the woman I am today.
Breathwork also helped me move through separation by reconnecting with my feminine energy and finally having the courage to choose my own happiness. It helped me in every step of my life up until now and it is finally the time for me to truly step up and share my gifts with the world.
Freya is a combination of breathwork, somatic healing, traditional midwifery, emotional intelligence and other trainings and experiences I have lived to empower women to experience life with confidence & love. I am offering everything I wish I had received when I was moving through the different rebirths of my life, so that your journey may be experienced with a true feeling of support and security within.

Can I work with you even if I’m not pregnant?
Yes, REBIRTHS happen to ALL women. Freya is all about supporting women to reconnect with their feminine superpower through the power of their breath. These tools are the same tools I used for all the rebirths in my life. I used them when moving through severe anxiety and insomnia, hormonal and thyroid imbalances, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, separation, sobriety, profound identity shifts and more.
Can I work with you even if I have a doula?
Yes!! Both divine and rebirth will help you move through fear and doubt with more confidence and trust. If you feel like you need emotional support and practical tools to help you navigate the ups & downs of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, these are programs you will want to check out. It all depends if you feel you need more 1-1 support to target individual needs or if you feel like a group setting could be more beneficial for you.
